We'll fill you in on what the process looks like for the specific role you've applied for on your first call with us. However, for most roles, our hiring process will involve a 15-25 minute screening call, a skills based interview, a short take home task and a broader interview around your ways of working. All sessions are conducted remotely.

We’ll always aim to review your application as soon as possible - but as a small team, sometimes it takes longer that we’d like to get in touch with next steps.
The time taken to complete the hiring process will depend on the specific role that you are applying for. We do ask that you please keep our People team informed of the speed of any other interview processes so that we can match your timelines as closely as possible.

It's always a good idea to take a look at our website and recent events to build more context on who we are and what we do. Before an interview, make sure you've reviewed the job description and thought about how your skills and experience might translate to our context. If you're new to Pharma, we'll be keen to understand why you're interested in the industry.
Lastly and most importantly - please show up as your true, authentic self. We're interested in hiring humans, not perfectly polished robots. This includes:
